Advisory Committee 
Mr. Panday has remained the youngest Deputy Mayor of Nepal once and is now the Mayor of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan. He has a very long experience in the sector of Community Forestry and has been actively leading the campaigns on Forest Based Enterprises, securing of the community rights from the grass-root level. He is taken as the father of Family Forestry in Nepal and an expert on developing Natural Resource Management Policies. He has remained the Chairperson of FECOFUN, Global Alliance Community Forestry (GACF), and contributing as an advisor in nationally and internationally recognized NRM networks. Mr. Panday has experience of presenting papers in various United Nations forums on Environment. He is also the expert on Forest Based Enterprises (FBE) policy and programs. Mr. Panday is also the Treaurer of Municipal Association.
