On 25th December, 2020, a Review Reflection and Policy Discussion meeting was conducted in AFFON Office, Kathmandu. Mr. Ghanshyam Pandey, Mayor Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City and Advisor AFFON remained the Chief Guest of the program whereas Central Chairperson, AFFON Mr. JogRaj Giri chaired the meeting ! The meeting was conducted amidst the Steering Committee Members and Staffs AFFON. The first session was hosted by General Secretary AFFON, Ms. Aarati Pathak. Whereas Chairperson AFFON Mrs. Indira Ghimire welcomed the participants.
The first session begun with the short sharing and discussion with Mr. Ghanshyam Pandey. The major discussions remained :
AFFON should well coordinate for resource leveraging from the local authorities.
AFFON can become an initiator of Green Job and Green Economy through Family Forestry.
He committed for assisting AFFON in Local Level Coordination with all municipalities in need.
Partnership, resource mobilization and collateral engagements.

Connecting Farmers/Foresters with soil and other natural resources.
The second session included of review and reflection where all staffs of AFFON briefed out their overall responsibilities, accomplishments and way forwards. Also, important discussions were done regarding ongoing programs amidst Board and Staffs of AFFON. Whereas, the staffs also shared the challenges that usually they face while fulfilling their responsibilities.
