Mr. Suman Ghimire is a self-motivated and enthusiastic climate change and development practitioner with over 15 years of professional and managerial experience with Climate Change, Forestry, Agriculture, Private Forestry and Natural Resources Governance and has completed MSc in Agriculture and Resources Management from Germany, MA in Sociology from Nepal and BSc in Forestry from Nepal scoring 'very good' grades. Mr. Ghimire bears excellent leadership, coordination and networking skills. He has very good presentation, partnership and team building/playing capacity. His expertise in climate change adaptation and development planning, and implementation, vulnerability risk and hazards assessments, forest and natural resources governance, and forest-and agriculture-based enterprise development and marketing has contributed to the wide range of communities in developing countries like Nepal. In addition, Mr. Ghimire has an excellent knowledge and skills in integrating communities' interests into policy through evidence-based policy advocacy.
